Chris is an early 20′s pastor-wanna-be headed off to the sem next fall. Battling cynicism and apathy, he works hard to keep the bride of Christ and God’s declaration of redemption at the core of his writing and lifestyle. As a white, suburban, American Christian seeking to be missional in a post-Christian society; Chris is deeply invested in the movement and conversation of emerging theology, missional Christianity and post-modern Lutheranism. Chris is also a spontaneous illustrator, student, euchre champion, radio-talk-show host and professional bench-sitter.

Dan is an eccentric 20-going-on-30-something postmodern reactionary (also known as a Mosaic or Gen-Yer). He tries really hard to be a devoted Christ follower, but he fails miserably. Somewhere along the way he learned to stop asking what he could do for God and he began focusing on what God has done for him. He discovered that the focus is really all on Jesus, not His followers! Dan is an avid reader, musician, student, computer geek, and social media participant.

Travis is a new creation. For the past few years God has led him to die to himself, take up his cross and move to Minnesota from Texas. Travis became a member of the Lutheran camp through attending a Lutheran school and has developed an appetite for exploring Lutheran doctrine and practice. His mission includes living his faith through his vocation as a gymnastics coach. When he’s not posting on Missional Lutherans, Travis likes to write songs and play his guitar as well as an occasional back flip to ensure he’s still got his skills.
